Alphashift is a group of musicians from Wellington who have been exciting audiences with their explosive rock style since its inception in 2006. Alphashift, a hard working professional band has just released their debut album “light in the Darkest night”. This hard work paid off for the group in 2009 when they won the New Zealand Final of the Global Battle of the Bands. They went on to Sydney to compete in the Australasian final against 19 Australian acts, garnering a massive response from the local crowd.
